DELIVERY, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

POSTAL & DELIVERY SERVICES

All order deliveries are fulfilled by UPS Ground Shipping. Your confirmation email will contain tracking information and the expected delivery date(s) of your order.

IN PERSON COLLECTION

Self-love Ave has an in-person collection option available at our spa location in TInley Park, Illinois. Please contact us via email at customerservice@self-loveave.com to arrange a date and time for pick up your order. 

RETURNS

Due to the sensitive nature of our personal care products, all order sales are final. We do not accept returns on online or in person orders/products. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us (within 24 hours of receiving  your order). Should you receive the wrong order or a damaged product, we will investigate to determine if a replacement order is required.

CANCELLATIONS /DEPOSITS 

Once you book an appointment, a deposit of $25 will be required, you will receive an email confirmation from Self-LoveAve.  An email reminder will also be sent 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. 

If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so as soon as possible, so that Self-Love Ave has the opportunity to fill your appointment time.

All deposits that are not made will be credited  to your service. If you fail to notify Self Love Ave less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment for cancelation, your card on file will be charged a $25 no notification fee.  Self-Love Ave does take in consideration that life happens and things may occur, but please be courteous of the company's time - a simple call, text or email will suffice to cancel your appointment and an opportunity to reschedule will be offered. If for any reason, there is a no-show (without notice), Self-Love Ave reserves the right to prohibit you from booking future appointments/Services.
